Attendee Requirements
An understanding of SBC type environments is required but there is no specific requirement for CTX or TS just architecture knowledge. Windows 2003 (maybe 2008) Server knowledge is also a must!

Knowledge gained
It is hoped that the attendee will complete the course and subsequent a master's test with a better understanding of the .print product family. A clearer understanding of how the .print solution can be installed, configured and most importantly scaled for each and every customer. The attendee will also receive a .print ‘Study Kit’ which includes all configuration options and troubleshooting guides for the .print product family.
